Working with us
We hire locally, and slowly
Nine of our eleven roles are held by women, most of them from villages within ten kilometres of the blending floor. We train on the job — nobody arrives knowing how to hand-fill an oil batch.
When we have an opening we post it on our WhatsApp channel first.
