What we collect

When you order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and order history. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

When you browse we collect basic analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device type — so we know which products people are looking for.

Why we collect it

To pack and deliver your order, to answer your messages, to process returns, and to send you order updates. If you opt in, we also send occasional emails about new batches and offers.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.

Ask Ayu conversations

What you type into Ask Ayu is used to generate a recommendation in that session. We keep conversations only in aggregate, to understand which concerns come up most often, and we ask you not to send medical records or other sensitive personal detail.

Who we share it with

Couriers, so they can deliver to you. Our payment provider, so you can pay. Our email and analytics tools, under contract. Nobody else — we do not sell or rent your data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember whether you have seen a promotion, and measure traffic. You can clear or block them in your browser; the cart will stop remembering itself if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, as our accounting obligations require. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Write to info@biobeautylanka.lk to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
